What we collect
- A session cookie. When you open the site we create an anonymous session and
store its identifier in a cookie named
__Host-session. It isHttpOnly,SecureandSameSite=Lax, and it lasts 30 days. It contains no personal details. - Game data. The puzzle you were given, when you completed it, how long it took and how many coins were awarded. This is what makes the coin balance and the replay check work.
- Technical logs. Like any web server, ours records the request path, the response code, the time and the IP address that made the request. Logs are kept for troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or payment details in this release. There is no account to sign up for.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share it with third parties for marketing.
- We do not use it to build a profile of you across other sites.
Advertising
This release does not serve advertising. When advertising is enabled, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites, and Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, and read how Google uses data at Google's partner sites policy. This section will be updated before any ad is served.
How long we keep it
Session and game records are kept while the service runs, because coin balances are an append-only record. Server logs are rotated and discarded after roughly 30 days. You can ask us to delete your session and its game records at any time using the contact address above.
